Biography
Isobel is a Corporate associate in London. She advises, as part of a team, private equity funds and major corporates on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, equity capital markets transactions and general corporate governance and advisory work.
Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:
- Global Infrastructure Partners on the sale of a c. 50% stake in Italo – Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori S.p.A, one of Europe’s leading private high-speed rail operators, to Mediterranean Shipping Company
- John Wiley & Sons, Inc. on the English-law aspects of its sale of Wiley University Services to Academic Partnerships
- Parts Town (a portfolio company of Berkshire Partners) on the acquisition of the REPA Group, a European leader in parts distribution
- Petropavlovsk plc on its sale of IRC and related corporate governance advice
- Teneo as administrators of VTB Capital PLC
