Biography
Hyrum Clarke is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Dallas. Hyrum participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to joining Weil, Hyrum was an associate at another international law firm.
Hyrum received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Brigham Young University.
