Georgina Draper is a Structured Finance & Derivatives counsel in London. Georgina has experience on a range of structured finance transactions, including CLOs, asset-based lending, rental fleet and credit card receivables securitisations, as well as advising on hedging transactions and the disposal and settlement of structured finance products.
As part of a team, Georgina has represented a range of financial institutions and private equity sponsors in structured finance transactions and general capital markets transactions, including amongst others, 3i Group, Advent International, the US Lehman Brothers estate, Lloyds Banking Group, Morgan Stanley and TowerBrook Capital Partners.
Georgina has also completed a six month secondment to Weil's Paris office.
