Biography
Enyu Li is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Enyu participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Enyu received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was Editor In Chief of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law and Vice President of Columbia Law Women’s Association. She received her B.A., cum laude, from John Jay College.
