Biography
Catherine Williams is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity Infrastructure team. She advises, as part of a team, leading private equity funds, infrastructure funds and major corporates on a wide range of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Weil, Catherine worked for a leading international law firm in Dublin. Catherine is a dual qualified solicitor in Ireland and England and Wales
