Biography
Anna Ritchie is a tax associate in London. She advises on a broad range of UK and international corporate tax matters including restructurings, private equity and M&A transactions, reorganisations and financings.
Representative experience as part of a team, including prior to joining Weil, includes advising:
- Carestream Dental Technology Parent Limited, a portfolio company of CD&R, in its $185 million offering of senior unsecured PIK convertible notes in connection with the restructuring of its debt
- Oaktree Capital Management on the merger of its portfolio company Zzoomm with Full Fibre creating one of the largest full fibre footprints
- PSG Equity on its investment in Glasswall, an industry-leading provider of intelligent zero-trust file protections solutions
- PSG Equity on its sale of Mapal to Eurazo
- Vialto Partners, a CD&R portfolio company, on its consensual recapitalization and refinancing of its c. $1.7 billion of first-lien and second-lien debt facilities
Prior to joining Weil, Anna was a lawyer in a leading tax practice at an Australian firm in Sydney.
