Amy Zhan is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Amy participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Amy has been part of the teams advising on the following matters:
- The Kroger Company in its pending sale of Kroger Specialty Pharmacy to CarelonRx Inc.
- Sanofi in its $2.9 billion acquisition of Provention Bio Inc.
- Sculptor Capital Management Inc. in its sale to Rithm Capital Corp.
Amy received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a Senior Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law, and her B.A. from Harvard University.
