Amanda Gould
Amanda Gould is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Amanda participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Amanda has been part of the teams advising:

  • Brookfield Asset Management and its portfolio company Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC, in its acquisition of Bartlett Holdings, Inc. (d/b/a BHI Energy) from AE Industrial Partners, LP
  • Brookfield Asset Management and its portfolio company Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC, in the sale of the Power Delivery Business of BHI Energy to United Utility Services (a portfolio company of Bernhard Capital Partners)
  • ChampionX Corporation in its pending sale to SLB
  • Evercore, as financial advisor to CoreSite Realty Corporation, in the $10.1 billion acquisition of CoreSite by American Tower Corporation
  • The Kroger Company in its pending sale of Kroger Specialty Pharmacy to CarelonRx Inc.
  • Vonage Holdings Corp. in its $6.2 billion sale to Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson

Amanda joined Weil as a summer associate in 2019. Prior to joining Weil as a full-time associate, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Collins J. Seitz, Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court.

Amanda received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A. from Yale University.
