Biography
Inci Aydogdu is counsel in the Banking & Finance group in the London office of Weil. Her experience includes advising investment banks, debt funds and other financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and KKR on a range of cross-border transactions involving several jurisdictions. Her practice focuses on mid-market and top-tier leveraged finance and general corporate finance transactions.
Prior to joining Weil, Inci worked as a senior legal counsel advising the business team lending to mid-market financial sponsors at a multinational bank and as a member of the banking & finance team at a leading US law firm. Inci is qualified to practice law in England & Wales and New York.
