Biography
Alexia Kuhnmünch is an Associate in the Corporate department of the Munich office. Her practice concentrates on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions.
Alexia studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich (law degree 2019). She completed her legal clerkship in Munich. Alexia was admitted to practice in Germany in 2022.
Alexia is fluent in German and English and has a basic knowledge of French.
