Alastair Cole is an associate in the London Office’s Banking & Finance practice whose principal areas of expertise include leveraged finance and general bank lending.
Alastair has, as part of a team, advised financial institutions, corporates, funds and sponsors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Alastair was a member of the Banking team at a leading international law firm in London, where he also trained.
