BOSTON, JUNE 9, 2025: International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that Alexander (“Xander”) Flynn-Tabloff has joined the Firm as a partner in the Employment Practice Group, based in the Boston office.

Xander’s experience includes advising on the full range of labor and employment issues in all aspects of complex corporate transactions. He counsels employers on a host of employment issues, including employee discipline, workplace restructurings, compensation arrangements, internal investigations, restrictive covenants and other labor and employment legal requirements.
Xander joins from Goodwin Procter LLP, where he was a partner in the Employment group. Earlier, he was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and served as a judicial law clerk for Judge O. Rogeriee Thompson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and for Judge Denise Jefferson Casper on the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He earned his law degree from the Yale Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
