Weil has advised PSG Equity, a leading growth equity firm that specializes in partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies to drive transformational growth, on the entry into exclusive negotiations for the sale of Signaturit to Bain Capital and Namirial. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and employee representative consultation. The combination of Namirial and Signaturit will create a pan-European digital transaction management software platform. PSG and Signaturit management will reinvest in the combined platform as a significant minority partner alongside Namirial’s shareholders Bain Capital, Ambienta and Namirial’s founder and management.
