Weil advised the direct lenders in credit facilities to finance the acquisition by Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co., of a majority stake in n2y, a provider of technology-powered solutions for students with unique learning challenges. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
