Weil has advised Deltatre on the entry into a definitive agreement to acquire Endeavor Streaming from Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc. Deltatre is an international provider of streaming, digital, data, and graphics solutions for the sports, media, and entertainment industries. Endeavor Streaming is a global leader in premium video distribution and monetization for live and on-demand content across sports, entertainment, media and lifestyle. The combined business will create a digital and streaming platform leader. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
