Weil Advises Bain Capital on the Investment in HSO

Weil and De Brauw have advised Bain Capital on the investment in HSO, a leading global Microsoft services partner. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the coming months. Financial terms were not disclosed. 

Founded in 1987, HSO is a world leading independent Microsoft Dynamics services partner and supports clients across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific with end-to-end services across the Microsoft product suite including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Data and AI.
