Weil’s China Managing Partner Charles Ching has been honored in the Asian Legal Business “Dealmakers of Asia” 2022 list, which spotlights standout lawyers who overcame significant challenges to deliver deals for their clients in the region over the past year.

Charles heads the Firm’s China practice and he regularly represents financial sponsors and corporate clients on private equity and M&A matters, particularly those with a Greater China focus. 

The “Dealmakers of Asia” list is based on nominations from in-house counsel and legal practitioners combined with extensive research conducted by Asian Legal Business.
