Zahraa Hadi
Zahraa Hadi is a counsel in Weil’s Private Equity and Private Funds practice groups and is based in New York. Zahraa’s practice is focused on advising private equity sponsors, asset managers and investors on complex business transactions, including buy and sell-side GP-stake transactions, minority and control investments, preferred equity and other structured equity arrangements, as well as seeding and anchor investor transactions.
