Zach Roberge is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Zach participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Zach received his J.D., cum laude from Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Urban Law Journal and his B.A. from Cornell University.
