Biography
Sam Flood is an associate in the Corporate Department of the Firm’s Hong Kong office. Sam represents public and private companies and private equity sponsors in connection with a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and general corporate matters across a range of industries.
Prior to joining Weil, Sam worked in the London, Singapore and Hong Kong offices of another leading international law firm, where he focused on corporate and related advisory matters.
