
Ragan Minor is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Ragan participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Ragan has been part of the teams advising:
- Alacrity Solutions, a leader in insurance claims management services, in connection with an out-of-court financial restructuring that provided $175 million in new capital and eliminated approximately $1 billion of debt
- The Home Depot, Inc. in its $18.25 billion acquisition of SRS Distribution Inc.
- Steward Health Care System LLC, the largest private, physician-owned for-profit healthcare network in the United States with over $8 billion in debt obligations ($7 billion of which is in long-term lease commitments), in its 363 bankruptcy sales
- Sunoco LP in its approximately $7.3 billion acquisition of NuStar Energy L.P.
Ragan received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where she served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law and Business Review, and her B.A., with Distinction, from the University of Virginia.
