Mercedes McGovern is an associate in the Restructuring Department of the Firm’s Hong Kong office. Her practice focuses on restructuring, corporate insolvency and dispute resolution matters in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining Weil, Mercedes worked at a leading international law firm in Ireland, where she worked on international restructuring matters and tax disputes.
