Meela Gill is the Director of Professional Development & Attorney Training at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. In this role, she is responsible for the design and implementation of programs driving the substantive and professional development of the firm’s attorneys. She oversees the firm’s mentoring programs, associate development goals, CLE training, and New Associates Orientation. As administrative head of Weil’s Professional Development Committee, she works closely with lawyers at the firm at every level to continuously assess the learning opportunities for associates and to ensure that the firm’s training and development programs are responsive to the ever-evolving legal and business landscape. Meela is also a member of the firm’s Health and Well-Being Committee.
