Marion Decourt is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She joined the Firm in 2021.
Marion graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas where she received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) in 2019. She also received an L.L.B in English and French Law from the University of Essex in 2016.
Marion is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
