Lucy Peckham
Lucy Peckham is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust practice, where she advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including merger control, restrictive practices, market dominance and general counselling and compliance.

Lucy’s experience encompasses a broad range of industries, including chemicals, IP/IT, consumer goods, and financial services. Prior to joining Weil, Lucy trained in the London office of a UK law firm.

Representative experience includes acting for:

  • Advent on its $3.45 billion sale of Ultra Maritime
  • Brookfield on its $3 billion acquisition of the remaining interest and sole control of Oaktree
  • Sanofi on its $9.5 billion acquisition of Blueprint Medicines
  • PSG on its sale of Signaturit to Namirial and reinvestment
  • Vialto Partners on a recapitalization transaction
  • Global Infrastructure Partners in the sale of c. 50% co-controlling interest in in Italo – Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori S.p.A, one of Europe’s leading private high-speed rail operators, to Mediterranean Shipping Company
  • Eutelsat on its $3.4 billion combination with OneWeb before the European Commission and multiple antitrust agencies globally, creating a leading satellite services provider
  • An affiliate of Lone Star Funds on the €5.2 billion sale of MBCC Group, the former BASF Construction Chemicals business headquartered in Mannheim, Germany, to Sika
