Liz Maloy is a Director in Weil’s Business Development Department, where she oversees and implements the business and strategic initiatives of the Firm’s Corporate Department. Prior to joining Weil, Liz has held senior business development roles at Akin Gump and Paul, Weiss. Prior to entering the legal world, Liz worked in marketing and investor relations in the investment banking and private equity industries. She started her career in the merchant banking division of Bear Stearns & Co.
Liz received her B.A., cum laude, from College of the Holy Cross.
