Biography
Katie Retzbach is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Katie participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Katie received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor for the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law, and her B.S. and B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama.
