Biography

Julia Pjevach is an associate in Weil’s Banking & Finance practice and is based in New York. Julia participates in advising borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, and debt restructuring transactions.
Julia has been part of the teams advising:
- A major financial institution, as administrative agent, collateral agent, swing line lender, lender and issuing bank, in a $400 million senior secured revolving facility for Cloudflare, Inc.
- AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. in its $414 million offering of cash and payment-in-kind toggle senior secured exchangeable notes due 2030 by a subsidiary of AMC and in its $1.2 billion senior secured term loan facility
- Cedar Fair, L.P. in a $1.3 billion senior secured term loan and revolving facility.
- Everstream Solutions in its $186 million senior secured debtor-in-possession credit facility to finance business operations during its chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings
- Goldman Sachs Bank USA and the other lead arrangers in connection with a $1.540 billion term loan B for WWEX Group
- Goldman Sachs, as administrative agent and lender, in a $118 million senior secured revolving facility
- Halcón Holdings, LLC (a subsidiary of Battalion Oil Corporation), in its $162 million senior secured term loan facility to develop the oil and gas properties of the borrower
- Px3 Partners and its portfolio company Cleanova US Holdings LLC in Cleanova's $705 million senior secured credit facilities to finance its acquisition of Micronics Filtration
- PSG and its portfolio company Validity, Inc. in its senior secured term loan and revolving facility to finance the acquisition of Litmus Software, Inc.
- Six Flags Entertainment Corporation in a new incremental $500 million senior secured term loan facility
- Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, as administrative agent, in a $223 million senior unsecured term facility for Howmet Aerospace Inc.
- TE Connectivity, Ltd. in a $1.5 billion senior unsecured revolving facility for Tyco Electronics Group S.A.; in a senior unsecured revolving facility for Tyco Electronics Group S.A.; and with its re-domestication from Switzerland to Ireland
- Truist Bank, as administrative agent, in a $200 million senior unsecured term facility for Howmet Aerospace Inc.
Julia received her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was Executive Editor of Cardozo International and Comparative Law Review. During law school, Julia was also a judicial intern for Southern District of New York. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Miami University and also graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
