Weil advised KKR Capital Markets Partners and the other lead arrangers, agents and lenders in connection with Environmental Resources Management’s amendment and extension of its existing $1.3 billion credit facilities, extending maturities into 2032 and 2031, respectively, for ERM’s term loan and revolving credit facilities.
