Biography
Jordan Fason is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust group. Her practice focuses on government investigations, antitrust counseling, and regulatory approval for mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries.
She also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters including assisting with Green Card applications and Petitions for U Nonimmigrant Status.
She received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and her B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University. She has a professional background in business facing human resources, and during law school, she interned with the in-house counsel team at a retail technology company.
