Jack Wollmuth
Jack Wollmuth is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice group. He focuses on litigating commercial disputes in state and federal courts nationwide.

Jack’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing:

  • The New York City Regional Center in numerous matters, including a $50M+ mass action fraud and fiduciary duty lawsuit brought by over a hundred EB-5 investors where Weil secured a complete dismissal in the S.D.N.Y.
  • A private-equity firm asserting contract, fiduciary, and trade secret claims.
  • Getty Images Holdings, Inc. in connection with breach of contract and securities law claims by warrant holders arising out of a de‑SPAC transaction in the S.D.N.Y.
  • A global entertainment company in an internal investigation in response to alleged violations of foreign copyright infringement.

Jack also maintains an active pro bono practice and has, among other things, represented the disadvantaged in seeking better housing conditions and worked with children with special needs to secure their educational rights.

Jack received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as a Notes Editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law. He received his B.A. from Lafayette College in Economics and International Relations, with a Certification in Financial Policy & Analysis.

Prior to attending law school, Jack worked as a junior analyst at a NY-based investment manager.
