Hong Zhang is an associate in the New York office of Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice, where he focuses on litigating a broad range of high-stakes complex commercial disputes relating to bankruptcy, contract, and securities matters in state and federal courts nationwide.
Prior to joining Weil, Hong served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Edgardo Ramos of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Hong received his J.D. from Cornell Law School. During law school, Hong served as Judicial Extern to the Honorable Andrew L. Carter Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
