Graham Rotenberg is an associate in Weil’s Structured Finance and Derivatives practice and is based in New York. Graham participates in advising issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers in all aspects of structured securities offerings. He has participated in the securitization of a broad range of asset types, both in the U.S. and abroad, including auto leases, rental car fleets, trade receivables, unsecured consumer loans, diamond inventory and manufactured home loans.

Graham received his J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he served as Senior Editor for the Law Review and as a research assistant to the Executive Director of the Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights, Cheryl Milne. Graham received his B.A. from Brown University.
