Biography
Gena Gonzales is counsel in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice, where her practice focuses on securities fraud class action litigation, shareholder derivative suits, litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions, internal investigations, and SEC and other governmental inquiries and investigations.
Gena received her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She received her B.A. in History from Brown University.
