Delphine is an associate in Weil’s Restructuring practice and is based in Paris. Prior to joining Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in July 2021, she worked in several French and international law firms both in litigation and in restructuring and insolvency.

Her practice focuses on pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings, restructuring and distressed company transactions and related litigation matters. She represents debtor companies, shareholders, creditors and investors in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

She is a member of the Association des Jeunes du Restructuring (AJR).

Delphine graduated from the University of Paris X Nanterre (Master 2 in Business Law, bilingual French-Spanish) in 2009, Nottingham Law School (LLM in Insolvency Law and International Trade) in 2010 and from HEC Paris (International Certificate in Corporate Finance-ICCF@HEC) in 2017.

She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012.

Her native language is French and she is fluent in English and in Spanish.
