
Danny O’Hara is an associate in Weil's Capital Markets practice and is based in New York. Danny participates in advising issuers, underwriters and private equity sponsors in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions. She has been involved in investment grade and high-yield debt offerings as well as primary and secondary equity offerings.
Danny has been part of the teams advising:
- A major financial institution, as representative of the initial purchasers, in a $400 million offering of 2.25% convertible senior notes due 2030 of Fluence Energy, Inc.
- A multinational pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technologies corporation in its offering of approximately $9.0 billion of senior notes, consisting of 5 tranches of U.S. Dollar-denominated notes and 5 tranches of Euro-denominated notes.
- TE Connectivity plc, through its wholly owned subsidiary Tyco Electronics Group S.A, as issuer, in $950 million and €500 million offerings of senior unsecured notes to repay existing indebtedness in connection with the acquisition of the Richards manufacturing business; in a $781 million offering of senior unsecured notes due 2033
Danny received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.S., summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
