Weil advised Shift4 Payments, Inc., a leader in integrated payments and commerce technology, in the issuance by certain of its subsidiaries of €435 million 5.500% Senior Notes due 2033, which were issued as additional securities to the previously issued €680 million 5.500% Senior Notes due 2033 on May 16, 2025.
