Bea Asta
Biography
Bea Asta is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in Boston. Bea participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Bea received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. During law school, Bea served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Associate Justice Frank M. Gaziano of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Chief Justice Paul C. Dawley of the District Court of Massachusetts. Bea received her LL.M. from Boston College Law School and her combined Bachelor and Master in Law from Università degli Studi di Pavia in Italy.
