Biography
Awen Carnot is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Banking & Finance Department. His practice focuses on banking and acquisition finance as well as restructuring transactions. He advises private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders.
Awen joined the firm in 2019. He received a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Law from Le Mans University.
Awen is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
