Ashlynn Dobbs
Ashlynn Dobbs is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office.

Ashlynn received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as Articles Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law, Vol. 43, and her B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Florida. Ashlynn also received a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School.

  • Air Methods Corporation, the nation’s leading air medical service provider, in connection with its prepackaged chapter 11 cases, resulting in a $1.7 billion deleveraging.
  • Ruby Pipeline, L.L.C., a developer and operator of interstate natural gas pipeline and supplier of natural gas to consumers in California, Nevada, and the Pacific Northwest, in connection with its chapter 11 case.

Creditor/Sponsor/Lender/Acquiror/Financial Institution/Other Experience:

  • Johnson & Johnson as a creditor in the mass tort chapter 11 cases of Imerys Talc America, Inc., which filed for chapter 11 as a result of thousands of personal injury lawsuits.
  • General Atlantic, as equity sponsor and lender in connection with the chapter 11 cases of beauty brand company FORMA Brands.
