Asha Menon
Asha Menon is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice, where she litigates a broad array of complex disputes in state and federal courts around the country.

Asha’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing: several different clients in connection with regulatory review of significant corporate transactions; a global semiconductor manufacturer in a breach of contract dispute brought by a major computer company in New York state court; and NBA All-Star and former #1 draft pick Zion Williamson in connection with two multi-hundred million dollar disputes with his former marketing agency, Prime Sports Management (PSM), relating to a contract he signed with PSM while he played amateur collegiate Division I basketball at Duke University.

Outside of her active practice, Asha focuses on her pro bono representations, including ongoing work with the Innocence Project.

Asha received her J.D., Order of the Coif, from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was a Student Writing Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. She received her B.S.Ed, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
