Biography
Arnaud is an associate in our London Finance practice and a member of the European High Yield Team. He advises issuer and underwriter clients on cross-border capital markets transactions.
Representative experience since joining Weil includes advising:
- The initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Loxam of €600.0 million 4.625% senior secured notes due 2031 and €450.0 million 5.000% senior secured notes due 2033
- Paprec in connection with the privately placed offering of €125 million senior secured notes due 2030 and €275 million senior secured notes due 2032
Prior to joining Weil, Arnaud was an associate at a major U.S. firm in New York.
