Weil advised BNP PARIBAS as joint global coordinator and lead-left physical bookrunner, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft as joint global coordinator and joint physical bookrunner, and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Natixis as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, in connection with Loxam’s offering of €600.0 million 4.625% senior secured notes due 2031 and €450.0 million 5.000% senior secured notes due 2033.
Loxam is the leading equipment rental company in Europe and the fourth largest equipment rental company in the world, with operations in 28 countries on four continents with a large and well-established presence in Europe, serving the construction, industry, public works, services and events sectors.
The proceeds of the offering will be used together with cash from Loxam’s balance sheet to finance the acquisition of a 50.3% controlling stake in Brazilian equipment rental company Mills Locação, Serviços e Logística S.A., redeem in full Loxam’s existing senior secured notes due 2027 and senior secured notes due 2028 and pay related fees and expenses.
