Biography
Antonia Mullinger is a Counsel in the Private Funds Group of Weil’s London office, as well as overseeing the team’s Private Markets Intelligence function.
Antonia has advised investment fund managers on the fundraising of private investment funds across different investment strategies and other aspects of fund-advisory work, including co-investments and the structuring of executive remuneration schemes. Antonia has completed client secondments in London and abroad.
In her role directing the Private Markets Intelligence function, Antonia translates her experience into practical market insight that helps clients benchmark terms, sharpen fundraising strategy, and stay ahead in a competitive private markets landscape.
Antonia holds a first-class honours degree in Law from University College London and an MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
