Antonia Mullinger is counsel in the Private Funds Group of Weil’s London office.
Antonia advises investment fund managers on the fundraising of private investment funds across different investment strategies. Antonia also specialises in other aspects of fund-advisory work, including co-investments and the structuring of executive remuneration schemes. Antonia has completed client secondments in London and abroad.
Antonia holds a first class honours degree in Law from University College London and an MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
Prior to re-joining Weil, Antonia worked in the private funds group of another international law firm.
