Biography
Andreas Fogel is counsel in the Corporate department of the Munich office. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate law.
Andreas studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich (law degree 2015). He completed his legal clerkship in Munich and New York and was admitted to practice in Germany in 2018.
Andreas is fluent in German and English.
