Corporate partner Yannick Piette has been recognized by French business publication Décideurs Magazine in its 2022 edition of the “Elite” file, which recognizes 30 of the “most emblematic names of the Paris bar.”

The publication profiled Yannick and his path to becoming an attorney, a career he chose after he initially worked as an investment banker. Yannick told Décideurs why he chose a career in corporate law.

“I chose to do M&A because you intervene a bit like the conductor of the case, of which you must have a global strategic vision while understanding the challenges of the different legal disciplines that must be mobilized to achieve the operation,” Yannick said.
