Weil advised the underwriters in connection with Parker-Hannifin Corporation’s offering of $2.4 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of $525 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2028, $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2029, $750 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2031 and $625 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2033, as well its Euro-denominated notes offering of €2.025 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of €700 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2030, €800 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2032 and €525 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2036.
The proceeds will be used to repay existing indebtedness. Parker-Hannifin Corporation is a manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems.
