Kamran Manzoori is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Banking & Finance Department. His practice focuses on banking and acquisition finance as well as restructuring transactions. He advises private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders. He joined the firm in September 2025.
Kamran holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Kent and a Master’s degree in Commercial and Corporate Law (LLM) from Queen Mary University of London.
Before joining the firm, Kamran worked as a trainee solicitor at an American law firm in London, United Kingdom.
Kamran is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and a member of the Paris Bar. His native languages are English and French.
