Weil is advising JHZ Holdings in its investments in Orléans Loiret et Basket, a professional basketball club based in Orléans, France, and ADO Den Haag, a Dutch association football club. As part of the transactions, American investors Ben Jenkins, Matt Hong and Jamie Zaninovich will join the clubs as new shareholders, strengthening the clubs’ financial foundations and enabling them to continue growth in a responsible and sustainable manner.
