Weil has assisted Cheyne Capital Management with the final closing of Cheyne Real Estate Credit Holdings IX - Capital Solutions Fund (the “Fund”), taking the total capital raised by the Cheyne Real Estate Credit Holdings (CRECH) IX - Capital Solutions Strategy to £3 billion.

The Fund (the ninth vintage of Cheyne’s European real estate debt strategy) is the largest European real estate debt fund of 2026 to date and the third largest credit fund final close globally this year (as per PEI Group data).
